I still remember when a guy (ScottW) made the Sysopt.com site, it became a huge succes, infact it was such a succes that he sold it for millions, the original idea was that he and some of his staff would resume to run that site with paid jobs, this later changed when he and he staff got deleted from the site. Scott later made the site TechIMO.com, which is 1 of the largest tech forum arounds, it also has a few sister sites owned by him. Also with the creation of that site, the majority of the important community members (and many other people aswell) followed him to TechIMO.com.
So basicly he started a site, made millions by selling it, started a new site and made it 1 of the biggest around, sounds to me like a good deal.
So yeah, if someone offers MentaL a huge bag of cash, then he could just sell it, start a new site, expand on that making it bigger then before, and own a even better site.
I'd sell it for about 1000 not 1,000,000 that way OTT
