Remote server startup via PHP.

I am running a private server for my friends and need them to be able to shutdowna dn start my server, for items and the like.

.servershutdown works in game, but there is no .serverstart ...obviously

Is there anyway to start it remotely? like PHP? I am on windows XP using WAMP.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

if you use a restarter and you do .serverrestart it wil restart just use search for a restart tool
