You dont need a credit card for paypal.
You need a bank account or credit/debit card to verify your account so that you can spend money, otherwise you can put money in it but never spend it (it can be sent back to the original sender though).Quote:

A credit card is a total different thing. With credit cards you spend money you dont have and then refill it with a normal account. Personally i dont use my credit card unless i have to, because its very easy to spend money that you dont have.Quote:

I have a verified Premier PayPal Account and I'm only 13, it's not really that difficult. The problem is, when it comes to the terms of lifting all your limits like what liselotte said.
If you earn money via the internet from things like games, you still can't use the accumulated money unless you have a verified account. Trust me, PayPal takes a lot of measures to finally let you spend money.

Then you can save till you got the ammount of money you want to spend.

At the age of 8 i had a saving account. I was still able to withdrawn money from it. I had a paypal account at the age of 16 and i still have it at the age of 17. I'm sure a close friend you know will let you pay.
