I kinda disagree on that part, usually i agree that someone else should infract the person, afterall otherwise it's to personal.

If a random person flames you, then imo you can infract them, then again i do have to say that the PM you sent him wasn't very nice, you have to understand that as a moderator you will get these questions, now even though it was a idiot asking it, you should've given a semi professional response, that or just ignore it.

Anyway that's my opinion.

Just ignore the PM. I got "help me" messages daily for MU when I was a MU mod and I just ignored them. No point in replying to say something like "I don't care" when all its going to do is make the small situation between you two worse.
