[HELP]Dataserver stage mode change 0...

Hello, I have My mu online server on a dedicated, and I have this problem on dataserver1:

With this, people disconnects and can't connect because when he press enter on login, simply not running, the bar progress but nothing do and i have see gameserver crash without errors... :S

The server only can be online about 5 minutes and I can't fix It! I use 1.0L Mu Alliance Files and windows 2003 server.

Any can help me? Im extresed with this error....
