Im using 1.00.16 Files

And The Gameserver doesn't have the soul barrier Formula And its stuck at 806% in game.

Any way to Create it? or edit it? to make it 30%.

try use other gs ... or try from who make that files .. that make that option ... if is really make that ... is make that option too
