[HELP]Mana Shield Forumla

Hello Ragezone,

I'm Using 1.00.16 Server files REPACK and For Some Reason The Mana Shield Formula Is Not in the GS, And In Game its stuck at 806% Of Defense So soul master's Are Invincible.

Any Way to Change it? or find a way to edit it?
