hi guys, i tried the php registration script but i dunno how to work it.
i know a bit of html but basically the haed tech for our server has gone awol and the mainsite went down and i cant register ppl.
ima make a website on 250free.com but i only know html.
if some1 cud plz help me with a account creation/registration page it would be greatly appreciated.

Then kill yourself cause IE is not capable of understand object properly.
Find the way to your asp from your wwwroot.

if the registration is into the database which u say is sql.
if i get a webhost that has sql and set the database on that do i direct the server to that db or does the sql db have to be on teh same computer as the server?

the asp is in the wwwroot folder which is on C:\inetpub\wwwroot
if server ip 87.90.185.247 then it would be??
Phatkone, if you have the sandurr's clan file release, there is a registration script in there that is very easy to use. try that one
nah thats not the issue.
we got that,
we fixd up server. but the website that use to b in use, you cant actually view it...
it use to be testclan.redirectme.net
same as bloodpt.redirectme.net but for some reason it doesnt go to the site...
and same as my online/offline php script. it just doesnt work for some reason.
im curious why.
and i want to get to the c:/inetpub/wwwroot at the server ip but i dno what to type for direction to c:/ drive -.-

ye, well the register.asp is in the wwwroot folder. but the wwwroot folder is in the inetpub folder which is in c drive. still direcT?
did you add permissions to access it ?
i assume they were already there bcuz it was workin once b4.
where do i set the permissions.
i have port 80 8080 10009 and 876 open, n clans dont even work now, port 80 is what clans were set O.o
"wwwroot" = "http://ip/" in web browser
"inetpub/wwwroot" = "http://ip/" still :/
wwwroot means its the root when u get on the serv from the web xD
