Ok, I'm about 95% sure this is spam/scam.

Pete Fisher is a Research Professor in Geographical Information. He was previously at the University of Leicester and while there most recently involved in the EU-funded REVIGIS project. He is collaborating in the supervision of PhD students Ian Greatbatch and Vlasios Voudouris (both with Jo Wood), and is editor of the International Journal of Geographical Information Science, the premier journal for the publication of peer reviewed academic articles in Geographical Information.

total scam lol. If those words were capped already then even more obvious scam. Just stay away from that stuff. They usually phone you for serious money shit instead of an email.

ANWYAYS, ya it's a scam, I sent a nigerian to the ritz hotel in paris, france IT was fun! :) and the best part is that what they are doing is illegal so they can't do anything to you! not only that but ;) they are also doing it on their own free will...THIS stuff has been posted in spamzilla before already (I know cause I started the topic ;P)

Most of the punctuation is wrong also. I would expect an accountant to have perfect English.

Those were may exact thoughts, the email just looked so unprofessional coming from an Accountant. And thats ignoring the fact that it was a email, when for something like this you'd recieve a phone call >_>.
Oh yeah he also repeated one of his sentences that he typed out twice :P.
