definitely animesuki is the place for unlicensed stuff, you will find lots of torrents there. Licensed is a different story now that mircx is gone..
boxtorrent was the best, but they say they will be back up in winter.

Wait there was a post a hella long time ago of the same subject matter, I think it had IRC and other things for sources. Also, licensed stuff you can get on p2p apps, but whatever you do, never use kazaa!
