Just wait it out. Theres already been a thread on this. I'd guess probably a few more weeks. You never know maybe seeing this he'll feel like making his paypal good again. Just wait and see.
i've got also that verification request on paypal, to send an utility bill, and a valid photo ID, sent it and second day my acc was already done and working. that's why i wonder what's taking so long..:sq_yellowQuote:
