[Help] Castle Siege Issue v 1.00.08

Ok so i got the castle siege thing running now but one problem remains.
Nobody can enter the Dragon's Tower to register the Mark of the Lord...even guildmembers of the castle's owners guild..
Anyone knows a way on how to fix so players CAN enter the Dragon's Tower?

this happens when u start and/or finish siege with MM command.
Let it play as it is meant to be and everything works fine.
