[HELP]Problem with remote mueditor

i read the guides on how to setup remote mueditor but no matter what i try it doesn't work... i do it exactly like it says on guide ... i removed the firewall...i put the ip , user and password correct but it doesn't work... someone told me there is another way...and he is using it...but he doesn't want to tell me ... he says that you have to put a query in sql and some other things..does someone know how to help me ?...or if you know another way please tell me...i'll be thankful for it
