Problem with new accounts.

I used to have no problems running a server and adding accounts but now that i decided to run one for public i get spammed by problems ><

For example:
I make a new account and set FirstSet to 0 and Tutorial to 1
Now i login to the game and create the character once it pops up, receive the necklace and suddenly the account has no rank, no characters, clubs or aztecs.
It looks like once i make the char it just doesn't insert the data into the Database...and i'm getting sick of fixing each account one by one manually...
I tried vegas's PHP Webshop and also that gave the same result...

Anyone has some ideas? :/

Nevermind fixed it, slight bug in client.

Yeah, first time i set up the server, it's like that too...

Now I got a problem, when I'm playing, there is no wind direction, yard meter, and power gauge has no number!

I wonder what's wrong???
