HTML/PHP Challenge

I have been brainstorming on this for several hours now, and I still can't get it working, I know there must be a simple solution to this ... but I cant come up with it. So here goes

See there's a browser window with two frames, top frame and bottom frame

On the top frame there's a link, I want to so when you click that link, both, top and bottom frames goto a specific (each different) site.

So to make this shorter, I want so two frames goto two different sites by clicking on ONE link.

I tried doing this is different languages and hundreds of methods, but didnt worked, this is a very important step for my php game and me sa needs it badly :cry:

So if there's any genius who can help me, please do it. :burn:

Yeh, tnx it was javascript...

and no it's not a website, but some complex php/mysql shit.
