Nice ideas,
Bad part's;
1. Got a massive grey patch at the top
2. Pixel error's around the border
3. Pixel errors on content boxes.
4. Banners fucked up.
But other than that it's fine.

You need to learn a thing or two about transparency and table/div alignment :D
