[HELP]disconnect on start |HELPPPPP|

Hello, i have one huge problem, i have that anyone can help me.

i configured and lounched 1.00.16 server, all runs without errors, but when i get in with my client, it allways discoonect, at the moment after loading.

searhed everything allready 100 times, everything is corret, but still disconnects.

is there anyone who can help me, so desperate now, dont know what to doo.
please, help me, every sugestion could help.

hi i got the same problem all run fine no error but i can't connect to server i put every were my ip 192.168.254.4 and the launcher same but get disconect every time meybe i need to uze other launcher
