[HTML] Website Front Page

I was just wondering if its possible to make a website front page like this arDesigns - Muy Pronto!, but in HTML or PHP and instead of the picture in the middle being flash, for it to be like a png or jpeg (also for it not to be animated).

Pretty much, I want the gradiant background like the one at arDesigns - Muy Pronto! except orange tones and just my websites logo instaed of the arDesign.

Ofcourse its possible, if you really like Jhewt's art, perhaps he can help you. But its fairly easy, you just make a background image and the image in the middle.

I see no reason why it would not be possible :S, and its HTML, not PHP. (PHP has nothing to do with layout/theme)
