Hey guys Does anyone have a program that changes the skills up to the highest lvl please cause the skill one i use doest work and when i go into cu.exe and change the thingo it still doesnt work can anyone help me

You have to learn skill to a higher level manually in-game or by using CU-MasterID (remember you have limited skill points so make it right or otherwise it'll not work at all)

man sorry but im talking about tier4 like i want to rank up to tier4 but the program isnt working and i dont know how to make it work could u help me

u made changejob 3? like midway down not the jobtitle?
