[C++] Cannot find directory [C++]

Im using Bloodsheed Dev-C++ and when i save my file and trying to compile it, it wont compile it says - "g++: installation problem, cannot exec `cpp': No such file or directory" I dont understand what im doing wrong, if you can help then please, i tried Code::Blocks too, but said the same.
