[Tut] How to change a PLAYERS starting position

Hi,

Since I been looking around I have seen a FEW people ask the same question over and over again;
"How do i change a players starting position"

Hrm.. when u login for the first time at my server, You die -.-' so i can't change that location.. and i cant add items to invent when you start. how to change it that u dont die ?
