you need to instal NET framework 1.1 in google.com write "NET framework 1.1 Download" ;)

but exactly 1.1 in my server instaled 1 , 1.1 , 2 , 3 , 3.5 all framework

i heave .net framework 2 but this is not the problem ....

I Use Official NCDB Stable Ascent r2019, no have problem and work fine use in NCDB 0.2.1, 0.2.2 and 0.2.3(633).

My motive is that the last versions are unstable, for the new project LuaScripts is other problem. Now i wating for new official NCDB core, my server works for 3 months.
