fought again tonight, kickboxing rules this time

kicks and punches to the body and head only

sweeps are allowed

was a big kickboxing event "clash of the titans" basically the 4 big organisations in the UK pick a team of fighters and we all go at it!

2 women and 5 men on each team

teams A, B, C and D

A and B fight
C and D fight
the winners of each fight each other

basically if you win your fight you get a point, team with most points wins. each fighter gets 2 minutes on the mat per fight only, so u gotta do well right off the bat

we won our 1st lot of fights by 1 point, was pretty close, my 1st fight was a draw but i fealt a little robbed by that as he never really hit me

we won the final by a larger margin and i won my fight

all in all was pretty exciting and a great experience!

yeah muay thai is class, i fought un thai boxing rules last month should have the vid for that soon too.

the 2nd guy hit me with a spinning backfist which isnt allowed and right at the end with his elbow haha bastard!

the guy i fought 1st was on the home team and he was apparently their best fighter so the judges were all in his favour from the start, i think i would have to have thrown a kamehameha to win haha
