[Ascent] Help with logonserver? PLEASE HELP
I have a quick question.
Yesterday my server ran fine.
I just got home, executed the vendor fix, loaded my logonserver.exe then loaded my ascent server.exe it loads fine and then it stops at...
"LogonCommClient: Attempting to connect to logon server...
LogonCommClient: Connecting to logonserver on 'ip'...
LogonCommClient: Connection failed. Will try again in 10 seconds."
It just keeps retrying but nothing happens, any ideas on how to fix this?

I've tried restarting my router and modem.
I've had the same 4 ports forwarded that I had it running on before.
I've recreated my database and config files.
I've looked on other sites and attempted to search on this one (I get an error).

well, a little patience goes along way...spamming your own topic twice in 2 hours isn't going to speed things up, in fact, for me I tend to just skip them entirely, then to try and chastise me for not camping at my computer to answer your question is no motivation for me either.

Looks like your logonserver is listening on another ip as your server is connecting to... or maybe wrong port.

Gmaze, my apologies for being so impatient.
I just got really frustrated from not being able to fix it after 4 hours or so.
All of your guys help is greatly appreciated and it's great to have a forum like ragezone.
