IP prog needed!

Hello, we need a program who is holding the same IP all the times, cause our IP change each other weeks, when we are with out dad do we one ip, and when we're home as our mom do we have another one.
Special home as our dad, the IP there is Dynamic so it changes almost evryday, thats the first problem.
And the secound one is that we wont use Hamachi anymore, we have already try that, how many players did we get...? 1 or maybe 2, so thats not interest anymore.
Well we have try out a program called "TZO" it should hold your IP according to thier guide. Well, it didnt, so we dont know how to do.
Well if someone know any good webbsite or any good program, should be nice if you could help us out :)

You would need a DNS service, such as No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP

Well I have try that program, but the IP is still changing evry day.
Maybe is there some crazy setting I havent see. Well if you know how to do with the program, could you please help me then.

Call your ISP and ask for Static IP

Yea I know, It will just cost about 1$ so thats ok.
