[Request] A Signature

I would like a signature.

1. I want it to say "Spinny" or "Mike" in the bottom right corner (whichever looks better) in a nice font

2. 400x150

3. A hot girl (Not nude ;p) or a guy with a gun (from a video game), and yes, it can be an animated girl

4. Nice and blended background (whichever colours go with it)
