New TO Rage Zone

Well this is my first post and like my first 30 minutes on ragezone. I just got done with all my profile stuff. I just wanted to say im happy to become a member of this MASSIVE community. Now im about to do what all newbies do...ASK QUESTIONS:Jumpy:. Ive been on forums and stuff but this one is pretty confusing.

Firstly, I would like to know who is the person/team who owns this site.

Also i was looking at threads and next to the peoples names was a rank. So could someone explain to me what the ranking system is here.

And lastly (answer by a member) what is your oppinion about ragezone. Its not a question but still i wanna noe if the people here like it or not.


SO FAR im enjoying this place. All the peeps are funny and helpful. This site is pretty awsome.

Super Moderator - Red Name (Global Moderator)

As for your third inquiry this forum is above average. It has some annoying people but for the most part people are nice. This forum is the best when it comes to underground gaming.

Firstly and lastly...people here for MU and Habbo and Runescape are all considered noobs. Why? Mostly tradition.

To be honest in my 3 years(over the course of 2 usernames) as a member here, only once has a moderator ever pissed me off. Staff seem to be well chosen.

Donators are not bold and are a redish colour, Lifetime donators are Bold and Orange

A Legend Is someone that made a huge impact in ragezone(good) there basically famous members.

I think almost everything was mentioned what you needed to know. Just a few notes: Basically every longterm moderator on this forum owns. New mods are quickly screened and removed if necessary. We supermods are, of course, the elite ;)

actually NOOB comes from the word newbie, and it states that one is new to something.. I've been with MU since about 2 years. 2 years of expericence doesn't make me a noob, in fact i own a server also.

Actually it depends on how you interpret the word 'noob'. The word 'noob' is also a widely used interpretation for something different then just being 'new to something'. That's the interpretation Iron Maiden is using in his post. And I'm hoping you already know that interpretation. I suggest you look it up if you don't.

By the way: this topic is not to discuss if Mu/Habbo section users are noobs or not so I suggest we stay on-topic and just welcome the new guy.

Legends are normally retired mods / smods.... Those that haven't been one of them normally have such a high reputation on the site that they get it anyway.

Basically we are gods among n00bs....... Mods look forward to retiring to be us and smods are pretty much already legends anyway :P.

Think ive actually been every rank you can possibly be on RZ. Other than server admin (black name tag). Mental hasn't let me go that far yet.... Might have to cup his balls for it tbh. Think gohan was once given that rank, but then mental took it away :P

I was a Admin for about 9 months, besides MentaL i been the only real Admin this place has had.

I have most of the ranks myself, been Admin, Super Mod, Mod, Legend, Banned and with my post count i have passed the ranks of Alpha and Omega, and since i donated enough to be a Lifetime Sub i pretty much had it all. All except for Head Super Mod (it's time you and me have a talk Exy :D)
Oh and i also once had a special ban, in which MentaL put me in a special usergroup so that no Super Mod could unban me.

Ah well i'm working my way up, i think i moderate most sections of all the regular mods now (although to be fair, the Habbo mods have a much harder time, they definetly do 1 amazing job)

So soon i will sell my ass for Super Mod, then go to England to beat the crap out of Exy to take his Head Super Mod, and then buy RaGEZONE from MentaL in April with shitloads of weed and cock. My plan for domination is finished!

welcome welcome! Please enjoy yourself here at ragezone. If you're curious where to start I recommend these mmo sections:

Ragnarok
RZL2 (including the lineage 2 sections)
MU (most of us started there, and if you put your mind to it, it has is rewards. Plus it's pretty easy to set up like most servers it's just that people there are either young, stupid, or both when it comes to server creation.)

and of course I recommend the evolution section (which covers the outerworld to the porfolio)!

if you got to places to start in servers, i suggest reading up on the rules and things first.
