Open Notepad
Tutorial: press F1
google "how to make a website" and you will find shitload of guides = ]
oh and Soa...wtf does that have to do with making a website, that just helps you with notepad -.-
Download XAMMP and put the files in your htdocs folder and connect to your website by using your ip from My IP is 208.116.34.18 - CMyIP.com

If you have a router dont forget to open port 80
he'll have to open other port with xampp..and change local to port lets say 2500
bamm pls somebody post here a guide what should i do... step by step pls xD
i dont really how to use xampp but ive already read many guides :/
