[HELP]Ascent not start on x64!!

hi
i have a big ploblem i have acent server (newest version)
all works fine but my pc crashed on my old harddrive
so i have make all from new
but.. i use windows x64 ,appache and sql works can see page and work from sqlyog.
but everytime i wana start server says closed...

any ideas ,and or any one have a special ascent version (2.3) for x64 windows?

meine platte war nach 5 jahren nun crasht,.hab alles wieder neu
aber ich hab x64 windows drauf jetzt, und alles geht einwandfrei auch das apache (was mich wundert), nur wenn ich server starte scheinbar findet er die port nicht..obwohl die offen sind.. da w

I had my server running perfectly on WIndows XP Pro SP2 (x64)
I just followed the guide on these fourms.

I used XAMPP

Have you NET framework 2.0 or newes ?

Update with the latest service pack and like Nosferathu said make sure you have .NET Framework 2.0 or newer.
