Does anyone know of any pc game that has achievements in it.
The ones I know about are:
Half life 2:episode 2
Team Fortress
Portal
Gears Of War
Printable View

Call of Duty 4 as well.
Anything that runs on steam and made by valve will have Achievements on from now on. Because they just love us gamers, and thats the only way to keep playing, is because you LIKE what they've done with it. (aka Adding Achievements)
Also Shadowrun and Halo 2 (PC) albeit they are Vista only.

Those are just my personal favourites , so yer.
?..... ehh i'm pretty sure Elder Scrolls III, Elder Scrolls IV or any game in the quake series(dunno about Quake Wars:Enemy Territory) don't have achievements.
don't know if bioshock has.

I agree with you, I've played oblivion and the pc version doesn't have in-game achievements. However in a twist for games, metroid prime 3 actually has achievements. only wii game I know that does. take that 360 :P.
Viva pinata also has them, the exact same as the xbox ones, go to Xbox360Achievements.org - Every Point Counts for the pc achievements and you can look at arcade and retail game achievements as well, most of them have guides.

Depends on what you mean by achievements? Do you mean the same ones as you get in XBL? If so then there are just a few games that has that. They are the games that use Windows Live and they are as Gohan said.
As for normal game achievements. There are too many games that has them. Most online shoots now have them as a way to reward you with bonuses as you play the game for multiple hours. Even then most other games have them too. It's a common game development practice that has been used for 20 years. Though not until recently have them been made into a big fuss. They used to be things that you would never notice.

By achievements i mean like those you get on XBL, but they don't have to be part of Games For Windows they can also be Steam/Valve or any other company.
