Please, and I cannot stress this please enough, PLEASE get rid of the time limit between reporting posts.
We have to sit for 60 agonising seconds, staring injustice in the face!
You Moderators can just delete bad posts with the click of a button, but we regular users are the ones letting you know where they are. We have duties as well. Please, let us do our duties more easily.

I can understand the 1 minute waiting between posting, but i agree with rob about the reoprting time limit.
It's for the reports. Frankly if we could just change this then we would, but everytime you send a report a topic is made (yes you gain posts from reporting), to change that time, we would have to change the time between posts, which gives spammers a open window to do some massive spamming.
so you just gonna spam it and increase your post count?
remember, each report you made = 1 post count because when you report, a thread will be created in Report section (visible for staffs) and the mods will check it and will take some action. so i think 60 secs is ok. if you disable the time limit, you just gonna spam it and increase your post count.
PS: im not saying you gonna spam, im just giving out points what will happen when mental disable it.

If people would spam it, then the person would just get infracted. Trust me that's not the reason at all for this limit
atleast 30 sec is better
Perhaps, i guess that's upto the Supermods, i will post about this in the mod section and see what happens.

Again, that's not the problem. It would be quite stupid for anyone to spam the section that is visited by about 90% of the moderators daily, if you want a ban, then that's the way to go.

Nah, it might actually be worth it to change it to 30 seconds, if we go to low then it will really get people going, but 30 seconds ain't a bad way to go, that's usually enough for people to report more without having to put up with waiting times, but it's enough to keep massive spam away.
You don't get a post count+ for reporting anymore.
Tested, and Dandune is right. It doesn't raise your post count when you report people. ^^;
