in canada, you get yours Learners at 16, and N at 17, and Actual License when 19. With your L you need to be driving with someone above the age of 25.

In Croatia you can attempt to driving test with 16. Not sure about when you get driving license though.

Anyways here in Romania you can start at 16, but an adult must accompany you every time you drive(adult with driver's licence), else you can't :).. only at 18

haha thanks everyone! and i had my first shot at driving today! didnt turn out quite like i expected...my dad and my brother were following me. but oh well. at least i had fun ;)

1 month after the permit = drivers license
until your 21 you pay alot for car insurance i dunno why o.O

man it was so long ago when I got my permit. Shame it took me until I was 17 before I got my license :o. Actually you have to have a family member of the age of 21 with you with a permit or parents. The restrictions wear off though :P.
In the US, it's different in every state. In georgia, my state. You can get your permit when your 15, aslong as you past the two computer tests they give you at the DMV(really easy). When your 16 and 1 day old, you can go for your license. Having your permit though sucks, you got to drive with your guardians, and you have to follow the laws. atleast i did when my parents were in the car.

i Almost crashed the other day because this guy kept slamming the brakes on on the highway.
