City of Heroes

City of Heroes is it a good game just need something to do when im tired during the week after work and cant be arsed going anywhere

its got like the best rating on MMORPG.com

it looks kind of like Anarchy online which is one of my fav MMORPGs

the hole super hero thing sounds sweet

anyone played it yet?

i know they've been working on it for ages... haven't got a chance to play it but wouldn't mind it (as I love the superhero stuff).

The bad thing is (for some might be the best :D) its like a "story" world where you go over the same thing.Like it has the standar bad guy, and you go kill them over and over.

is there a way to purchase over seas without shipping game out (like Lineage 2 you buy the serial and then download)

its an online game from what i can remember, that means there gotta be server files for it

Get's boring after you have leveled your char up, indeed you start with standard skills (punching! wow! :P) and then progress your hero into whatever you want it to be, to fly etc.etc. but after that it just gets boring...

cant say ive played it, looks nice though ^__^

Played he for about 3 months got my highest char (outta like 20) to lvl 30 i kepted makin new ones, it was good when ya first start a char new powers and new looks but theres nothing else to do in the game apart from fight and do quests and takes along time to lvl once you hit a point and its just borin. Although this game has wicked graphics and its fun to start but gets really repetative (then again what does'nt)

yep, thats usually the case with online rpgs... thats how they get that moolah hehe

yeah but in most rpgs you can trade items like armour or wepons or be able to craft, in this theres only fightin

well that sucks

I've heard it has some nice customization though. You get to choose a series of powers :P, sounds interesting.

yeah you do but its still limited (like most mmorpgs) you can have 2 different types of classes within one character like you could be a techogoly blaster where u use high tech guns or other items another one is a magic defender where you can heal people and put sheilds on them you can mix em all up which is good but you get stuck with the same powers for ages.

Hey if somebody played in beta and if beta still is on can somebody pm me them acc and psw...i wana play CoH...just for 1 week or 4 days...plzzzz.......
