Its godly reskinned, but the colour scheme does not match most of the sets of the Dark Knight and Blade Knight, other than that it looks goody.

You must consider the factor that you are reskinning and not modelling. If you want to make your wings that way, if im not wrong, you must hex the devil wings model for the skin to work.

It may have a lot textures added, but you must too consider whether users of the skin can see these textures in-game, and not just in Adobe Photoshop or Paint.net.
