Problems With "Execute Batch File" In Navicat

I am pretty new to WoW emulated servers etc, and am having a problem with navicat. When I try to execute sql file with execute batch file, it runs and stops really fast and has an error message saying that the execution was insuccessful. I am trying to execute some of the My SQL updates for Ascent Emu.

Any ideas of what's going wrong and how to fix it?

[Err] 1060 - Duplicate column name 'custom_faction'
[Err] alter table characters add column custom_faction int(30) default 0 not null after gender;
