In order when i bought them.
Test Drive Unlimited - Amazing looking racing game, plays on the island Oahu, it's simply huge and takes about a hour to drive around the whole island with a fast car or bike. The game feels really good, you don't get the arcade racing like in NFS games, but it's not superrealistic either, so it plays really well. You have over a 100 verhicles, cars and bikes from popular brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Kawasaki. This game is half price these days or less, so it's a must buy if you like racing games. This game has a demo on Xbox Live.
Oblivion - Simply 1 of the most amazing games made and can get you hundreds of hours of gaming. If you want to know more about it then it's best to read a review about it.
The Orange Box - 1 of the best deals you will ever make, Half Life 2, Episode 1 and Episode 2 + Portal and Team Fortress 2. Half Life 2 shouldn't need any introduction, Episode 1 was released later to continue the story, and Episode 2 is yet another addition to it. Portal is a puzzle game, you won't get that many hours out of it (like 5) but it's fun, and then there is ofcourse Team Fortress 2, which is great, it's a whole different type of shooter then CoD4, so if you want that, then The Orange Box is a great choice. I love both CoD4 and TF2 btw, and TF2 just gives me that relaxed playstyle when i don't feel like playing CoD4.
Mass Effect - amazing RPG, probably 1 of the best ever made. It was made by Bioware who also made Knights of the Old Republic and Jade Empire, this game, like the other 2, is simply amazing, it has so much in it, and you really feel like you're in the game, ofcourse it looks amazing, and has a great story in it. If you like RPG's, then this is a must buy for everyone.
Here are btw a few good games that you can get for half the price (yes i know you can get TDU for that aswell, but TDU is really worth the full price, while these don't always justify a full price)
-Saints Row - GTA like game -has a demo
-Crack Down - Free roaming gaming where you got superhuman strenghts like being able to kick cars and jump from high building to high building. Story is shit, and the mission are pretty crap aswell, but i actually had a lot of fun with it, because it plays really well. If they were to make a second that has a real story and missions, then it would be amazing. -has a demo
-Kameo - Great platformer, if you liked games such as Banjo and Kazooie, then you will want this -has a demo
Viva pinata - Bought it cause the pinatas do a love dance (fux)
-Perfect Dark Zero - Imo a great shooter, unfortunaly it ain't that popular on Live anymore -has a demo
-Burnout Revenge - Fun racing game with high speeds and a lot of destruction. -has a demo
-Lost Planet - Definetly a great game, it's a third person shooter with some extra's, for example you use a grapling hook to get to higher places and all that. The single player is fun, though you will beat it in about 10 hours. But the multiplayer is really fun. -has a demo
-Bioshock - Really nice game, but imo not worth the full price. -has a demo
-Assassin's Creed - Great game, but imo not worth the full price either. Not sure if it has a demo.
