Do you think Santa Claus exist?

Just a poll to see how people thinks.

Oh btw. I am talking about the real santa in the story of christmas, not the santa you see in malls and streets -_-

If Santa were to drop presents at every one of the world's 2.8billion homes on xmas eve, he would have 34 millionths of a second at each house. Thats over 5800km per SECOND.

Still think he exists?

It's pretty damn obvious that he isn't talking about the social figure of 'Santa Claus' that we know today. Open your eyes and read a thread for once.

He means Nicholas of Myra, or better known as Saint Nicholas. He became famous for giving gifts to the poor with one of the biggest stories being him giving dowries to three christian women so they wouldn't be forced to become prostitutes, if I recall correctly.

I believe a 'Santa Claus' figure did once exist. It's logical that people would have just made up a story about a man giving presets to people that actually deserved them, but it seems as if the 'Santa Claus' figure grew too much to be started off some fake stories.

Him being fat is just an illustration. Santa Claus derives from Saint Nicholas. In Germany and other European countries, Santa Claus brings his presents on the 6th of December and the Christ Child brings the presents on the 24th. USA and UK have adapted Santa Clause as the bringer of presents on the morning of the 25th.

Your going about it all wrong, Santa doesn't follow the normal set of rules. He is all magical and slows down time. He has a magical twitch of his nose and he is on his way to the next house. =P

Of course Santa exists, he all happy and jolly ^^
