[Help] DDS Converter 2 wont convert

I just wanna edit some prems but I cant seem to be able to convert the dds files into bmps... I did everything I was told, I used an mrs viewer to unpack man.mrs and it opened a bunch of tga.dds files. I put the setting how I was supposed to, but when ever I click the tga.dds files it wont convert. I dont know if its because of the TGA part but I couldn't find a single dds file that did not have the .tga. before it... Could you guys help me out please, its getting a bit frustrating and I dont know what else to do.
