New Skin for Gs Luciano 1.00.16

Hello, new skin for GameServer 1.00.16.

Credits: Overkomp (Mu-Raptor Team).

TO READ: All skin (RAR) in a single file and the format of the same one is JPG, Must pass them with any program to FORMAT BMP since that is the format that takes the GAMESERVER TO BE ABLE TO READ the SKIN. I PUT THEM IN JPG BECAUSE ASI IS SMALLER THE WEIGHT OF FILE RAR FOR THE UNLOADING.
