[Question] How do you get to Illidan?

I am trying to test to see if the event for Illidan works. I have no idea how to get to him though and yes I have tried searching.

um if you wanna spawn him??/ its .npc spawn 22019 i think

I don't understand how to get into the instance for illidan. Like if i typed ".recall port illidan", it would put me inside the instance but idk how to get to him. If i start form black temple, I have no idea where to go either.

spawn illidan to YOU

If you use .recall port illidan then you will end up right in front of the second last 4 Boss mobs. Remember to use .invis then on the right side or left side, you can run up, then you see a big gate with a big green thingy in the middle.

use .object activate on the gate, if its closed. then run up on the left or right side. then you see Illidan standing in the middle.

It said no gameobject selected...and i dont think i could slect the gate.

EDIT: i just used ".go select" in front of the gate and deleted. I saw illidan but idk how to do the event to fight him.

the gate can't be open write this .go select .go del if you want to see the code of that gate write .go select .go info And if you want to put again that gate if you put again you can open the gate .go spawn id

to get of a npc write this .npc info

Ok but how do i get the event to kill illidan? Like in a few movies I saw Akama and illidan talking and there was a player standing there too.

to make the event illidan to work need to script ... i make this ... but the Flame of Azzinoth, Maiev, Spirit of Udalo, Spirit of Olum dont have displayid .... but in db have .... any ideeas why???

So i need a script for the event to happen?
Also is there a quest to activate the event or something?

U need to look for it at the svn of the NCDB, theres a scripting project inside too called Moon++, seems the illildan fight is stabile again so guess take a look at it... Next Chapter - Community Forums for their forum, and http://projects.emupedia.com/svn/ncdb is their SVN so u can get the cpp scripts to compile. Username : Anonymous (No Password)

Still how do i actually do the event? Like if i was in a normal WoW realm playing, how would I fight illidan?

U need to compile the dll, put it in ure server folder called script_bin, import the sql query into u're world database, run to akama, who is standing at the council, talk to akama he will go to the door, open it, and get u to illidan after talking to akama again upstairs.... so thats the case if u take the moon++ thingies... otherwise look :

I got the latest Moon++ Scripts from the NCDB checkout (compiled them along with ascent) and I imported the sql query about illidan enoucnter, but I still cannot talk to Akama.

isnt it just easier to delete the gate ?

you basicaly sould find a way to have the event working i mean illidan spawns only after his 4 counciles dies and then shade of ak'' what ever his name take you to illidan and open his gate
and illidan sould spawn .
since you dont have working scrips it will never spawn so no point trying to find a way just spawn illidan to you.

you can make a portal btw that near the door way in 1 side and nother side and then just spawn illidan in his place and when people wonna fight him they click on portal and then fight him and get out from portal etcs.
