Please folow the directions listed below.
Directions:
1. Download The Compiler: RapidShare Webhosting + Webspace
2. Extract and put where your server's files are.
3. Then click on compile!
4. A message should come up saying some thing. Just look at the image below.

5. Its ok it compiled. Please post if problems.
But it don't say "Succesfully compiled!"

I know but it did even tho it dident say it. Beleve me I have used this.
mine just says please wiat and to press any key to continue and it is not working im using zamorak server and client i need to compile so that i can make my person level 126 with all ckills 99 can you post back as soon as you can thanks
It depends on where your JDK is at..
This compiler doesn't work for everyone, you have to right-click it, and put the correct path to your JDK folder.

Ok I did it. I put a password on the thing so autos and stuff. I guss just to be safe.
