[HELP]Cannot create character

Hi

I got problems when creating character (IN EP4 MIXED MODE). I succesfully logged-in and then when i created a character, it happens nothing (I CANT READ THE TEXT BECAUSE I CANT UNDERSTAND THE ERROR APPEARS!!!)

Change the files in your C:\Ran\data\gui
