[HELP]how to use "RanOnline Monitor Exe"

im curious about the ranonline monitor exe. how can i use this?

everytime i click that no error found but no page will display or

no other program will be load. what the use of ranonlinr monitor exe?

Try to post it where you get that file, coz I never tried that program, I'm Just using Ran Server Manager.

I think the ran online monitor.exe is in ian'z server files because i have it to and the file is came from ian'z server file
