hi, i am new @ linage 2 private servers and i recognized that there is a skill bug ( mean that u cant usw all skills ) and a lv up bug ( means that u cant push up ur static ). So exists private server, that have fixed that problem? or will it never fixed ?

Angel server got working DMG skills..active only for now and some passive...lvling working normal...till lvl 60...and soon pets lvl up will work..have fun
This isn't a bug, this is something that hasn't been included in the server files yet. Magic and most skills have no effect at all. Wait for the files to become more advanced, then skills will work.
