I wonder what are the penalties for playing/owning those banned games :O Sucks though, i see the point they try to show, but honestly, they should ban most of the documentary's,movies and a lot more games then.

Also in a city in Turkey, you had to go to a special internet cafe and they had to unlock something to unlock something to make CS 1.1 visible since a version higher then that would be trackable, I lol'd.
