NOTE: This is tested by me and it's working, tho IT MIGHT show some errors at startup, but do no harm if you havent done terribly wrong :P.

EasYtoUse Repack v11:

This pack is made to be easy, contains all files you need except the map files (see below for link).
So just unpack, batch the mangos.sql, characters.sql and realmd.sql, or just use the new db installer.
then edit the config files and run it :)

Could you/someone else who has these maps upload them to a diff host.. i hate waiting 3 days to download... 1 thing then haft to waiting another 3 days to get the second part.. and so on.. Quick question.. can I just use my maps i ripped from my client or do I haft to use your?

I doubt u have 1gbit connection and a dedicated server

of couse not :P you can rip your own :) thats why i suply with the ad.exe in the maps folder :) i just have the map files uploaded cause everyone dont know how to rip thier own maps or are to lazy :P

First off great repack. Had no problems. the one question I do have however is with this build, how do you add more player accounts to the data base . I'm using SQLyog Enterprise retail ver.6.15. and your Mangos realm daemon /0.10.0-SVN ( Revision 5095 ) (Win32).
With anuther ver. I was able to add new user names and Passwords . with this one their is no password block. I tried to just add a username and just use the name as the password and it tells me incorrect user name or password check you spelling on the WOW log on screen. How do i fix this.

I have tried and tried you CAN NOT add new accounts with the realmd.sql!!!! I have used Navicat and SQLyop I used this code INSERT INTO `account` VALUES (<id>,'<username>',SHA1('<password>'),3,'','0','0','','2000-00-00 00:00:00','127.0.0.1',0,0,'0000-00-00 00:00:00',0,0,0,0); It makes the account and password SHA1 however it WILL NOT let you log on. All it tells you is username and password are incorrect.


Please HELP!!! all I have are the 4 accounts I would like to have at least 20 more for LAN party

its just logging over all zeppelins and boats, you can turn that off if you set log level to 1 or 2 in your mangosd.conf :)

I've being using easytousepack_v4_trembon for almost 6 moths in my wireless net with my friends so we all have a lot of characters that we dont wanna lose. So how can a update without losing any information from my old server??? Thanks in advance :v:

you can batch your character database with ALL character table updates, then save them and then simply update the core and database
BUT dont know how good this should work, so you should do a backup of them before you try

updated, and also released my first version of TAP (Trembons Account Page) :)

Its me the newbe once more I downloaded your TAP release! ver.1 set it up and works great everything works. however the account that it creates shows up in realmd as successfully completed but you can not log on with the user name and password . Dose the web page make the account in mangos cmd or on realmd?

should be an input directly to the database, however you cannot use special characters when you create an account

i had the same problem...
when u put the ad.exe in the wow folder don't forget before u run ad.exe to make an empty maps folder,cuz some map file's missing :D
