[Help] Need help for creation of new Mangos Server

Hello Friends!
It does much time that I see the topics here for servers creation of WoW and always had wish of doing a server based on emulator MaNgOs. My problem is that see several revisions and I am lost regarding which ones files I should do the download, however it would like that for gracefulness posted for me, the files list required for the creation of a new mangos server and of course, supporting the version 2.3.X
I know that I can seem that I did not use the search or that I am with laziness of searching but is not exactly that, the fact is that whenever I try to do the server have problems in the hour to runing Mangos.exe, he always accuses that there is a mistake with the such Vmaps or that was not found a certain file in SQL. Due to that fact, I got a little frustated and created courage of asking for help to you. It follows the list of the I need:

last Mangos' Revision supporting the version 2.3.x
Files SQL complete regarding version 2.3.x (please, if possible files that need not an update)
Vmaps, DBC and maps extractors referring version 2.3x

I do not have doubts regarding mangos configuration, however, insist on telling that always gives a mistake regarding Vmaps and do not manage to do the server run therefore I finish frustated.
