i opend a server and i want to test if you can enter the ip is 89.138.244.187 put in server.dat and try to connect

Use infernals source or coemu thats all make sure your databse is called conquer not Conquer with capital and delete all the accounts already in the database. those files work fine but not good unless you write your own source.
