[RELEASE] TMSRV with a injected dll + dll source code

Its a TMSRV with a dll injected, with this u can add some features to TMSRV using that dll it come with dll source code and a simple compiled dll to to u see it, show a simple message box with a text.

- Added Change of Refing Rates
- Added Change of Destination of 2 teleports(Erion and Armia Gates) if u want change the location to kefra or to snow field(dont remenber the name)
