[Help] Access?

Ok, my friend has this problem
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.". We checked, and everything is correct, the password, the administrator account, etc, but he still gets this error. The file dir is C:\Apex Gunz\theduel.exe. Please quick help.

/Fixed, my friend just deleted AVG.

i would of said for you to redownload it if it didnt work o ye i got avg and it works fine
